How to apply for a Vedicology Foundation scholarship
Five simple steps, and you never start alone. It costs nothing to ask.

start to finish
Applying is simpler than you might expect
Applying to the Vedicology Foundation is simpler than you might expect. There is no long form to fill in and no pile of papers to gather before you can begin — the first step is just to send us a message on WhatsApp and tell us a little about your situation. From there, we guide you through the rest, one step at a time.
There are five steps in all, set out below. If reading them feels like a lot, you do not need to hold it all in your head. Reach out, and we will walk it with you. It costs nothing to ask.
We know that asking for help can be the hardest part — harder, sometimes, than the situation that led you here. So we have tried to make the path as gentle and as honest as we can. Nothing here is a test. Each step is something we do together, and at every point you can stop and ask us anything. Here is exactly what to expect, from your first message to the day your fees are paid.
Age eligibility
We support adolescent girls and women aged 18 and above. We do not fund minors.
Important
Vedicology Foundation never charges any application fee, processing fee, registration fee, or documentation fee. Our support is completely free. If anyone asks you for money claiming to represent us, please report it immediately:
The five steps, start to finish
Step 1 of 5
Check that we can help you
Start by reading through the situations we support. We help girls who have lost a parent’s financial support — because a parent has passed away, has left the family, or can no longer provide — and we help destitute women through vocational training. You do not need a perfect match. If your situation is close, that is enough to begin.
See all the situations we support on the Who We Support page.
Step 2 of 5
Find the right kind of support
Next, get a sense of what you might apply for. There is the Merit Scholarship and the Education Continuity Grant for school and college study, coaching for competitive exams like NEET, JEE, CA, CMA, UPSC and CAT, vocational training, and other help like emergency assistance, exam fee support, and study-material or device support. Some of these have a marks requirement and some have none at all. You do not have to work this out perfectly on your own — we will help you find the right fit when we talk.
Browse everything on the All Programmes page, and see the numbers on the Marks Eligibility page.
Step 3 of 5
Gather your documents (and don’t worry if some are missing)
When you are ready, you can start collecting the documents that prove who you are, what your situation is, and how your studies are going. Some of these — like an income certificate from a government office — can take a few weeks to come through, so it helps to begin early.
But please read this part carefully, because it matters most:
A missing paper is never a reason not to apply. We have helped many students put their documents in order, and we can help you too.
When you reach out, the Programme Officers will give you the Student Support Programme Guide along with the list of documents you need — so you do not have to track any of it down on your own first.
Step 4 of 5
Talk to us (there is no mandatory form)
This is the real beginning, and it is the easiest step of all.
Message us on WhatsApp, and tell us a little about your situation. That is genuinely all it takes to start. You will be talking to a real person who will listen and explain honestly what you can apply for.
If you would rather we call you, you can leave a short request-a-callback note instead — just your name, your region, how you would like us to reach you, and a single line about your situation. Nothing on it is mandatory, and you never have to upload a single document to begin.
Step 5 of 5
What happens after you reach out
Once you have applied, here is what we do, so there are no surprises and nothing left to guess:
- We get back to you within 10 to 15 working days.
- We verify the documents you have sent us.
- A Programme Officer visits your home — and we want to be clear, this is a friendly conversation, not an inspection. It helps us understand your situation properly so we can support you in the right way.
- If you are applying for competitive-exam coaching, we also check that the coaching institution is a good one — that it has qualified teachers and a real track record. (This step applies only to coaching; it is not part of an undergraduate or postgraduate scholarship.)
- Our Scholarship Committee reviews your case with care.
- We let you know the outcome in writing.
- If you are selected, we pay your college or training institution directly — you never have to handle the money yourself.
Send us one message
The fastest way to begin is a message on WhatsApp — you will be talking to a real person who will listen and explain honestly what you can apply for. Prefer that we call you? Leave a short callback note instead. Nothing on it is mandatory, and you never have to upload a single document to begin.
Request a callback
Leave your details and we will reach out. Only your name and region are needed — no documents, no uploads.
