Can’t afford your books or a device? We can cover it
Our programmes
Eight pathway for every need
If you are enrolled in a recognised course but cannot afford the books or the device you need to study, Vedicology Foundation can help. We provide textbooks, reference books, and stationery; a tablet or smartphone for courses that need digital access; and internet data support. This help is need-based, with no marks bar — you only need to be genuinely enrolled and to genuinely need the support. We support adolescent girls and young women aged 18 and above, across Tamil Nadu and Kerala. We do not fund minors.
A scholarship pays your fees. But fees are not the only thing that stands between a young woman and her degree. What if you have the seat, but not the textbooks? What if your course needs online submissions and you have no phone or laptop? These are real problems, and we treat them as real. This support exists so that something as ordinary as a book or a data pack never decides whether you can finish.

What this support covers
We help with the everyday things a course needs but a tight budget cannot always stretch to:
Textbooks, reference books, and stationery
the materials your course actually requires.
A tablet or smartphone
for young women enrolled in courses that need digital access, online classes, or online submissions.
Internet data connectivity support
so being online for your studies is not a cost you have to worry about.
We help with the items you need to study. We do not give cash — support reaches you as the books, the device, or the data themselves.
Do I need a minimum mark?
No. There is no marks bar for this support. It is need-based, which means it is decided by your circumstances and your genuine need, not by your score. If you are enrolled in a recognised course and you cannot afford the materials or the device it requires, you are welcome to ask.
You can see how marks work across all our programmes on our Marks Eligibility page.

Who this is for
This support is for young women already enrolled in a recognised programme — a degree, a diploma, a professional course, or a vocational course. Being enrolled is the one condition that matters here: this is help to keep studying, for a young woman who already has her place. Vedicology Foundation funds education across Tamil Nadu and Kerala, and this support sits alongside everything else we do.
It is open to young women across the situations we support. Whether you have lost one or both parents, are raised by a single parent, or come from a family already in difficulty, this support is for you. Your circumstances are understood during your application; your need is what this support answers.
You can combine it with other support
You do not have to choose between this and a scholarship. A young woman may hold a tuition scholarship with us and still need help with her books or a device. That is exactly the kind of gap this support is here to close.
If you are not sure which support fits your situation, that is what we are here for. Tell us where you are stuck, and we will help you find the right one. You can start with our All Programmes page to see everything in one place, or simply reach out.
