   • Semester Marks for college students (Mark sheets to be attached)
4. Social Status and Summary: Information about the student’s social status (e.g., an orphan living with extended family or a Child Care Institution) and a summary of their circumstances.
5. Statement of Need: A brief explanation of why the student requires financial assistance.
6. Current Scholarships or Sponsorships: Provide details of any other scholarships or sponsorships the student might receive, such as the Udayan Fellowship (for example).

8. Residence Address: Full residence address for home visits.
